Je ne peux ni \u00e9tendre ma maison, ni cr\u00e9er un garage ou une annexe ferm\u00e9e, alors m\u00eame que le PLU actuel l\u2019autorise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la lecture du document 1 du PLU (rapport de pr\u00e9sentation) je n\u2019ai rien trouv\u00e9 qui puisse justifier que les zones UD soient class\u00e9es en zone de risque rouge.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Je souhaite par cons\u00e9quent que ma parcelle reste constructible avec \u00e0 minima la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tendre la construction (ce qui n\u2019implique pas la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un nouveau logement) et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019annexes closes. La construction d\u2019une ou plusieurs annexes (pool house, abri de jardin, local technique de piscine ou encore garage ou carport) n\u2019augmente pas le risque incendie et n\u2019expose pas plus de personnes au risque.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai not\u00e9 que des emplacements r\u00e9serv\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 positionn\u00e9s sur le chemin des folies, chemin d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 mon terrain, pour \u00e9largissement de la voie. Raison de plus pour que mon terrain garde son potentiel constructible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le PLU identifie au niveau de la halte routi\u00e8re \u00ab Pierre Brossolette \u00bb un grand terrain pour l\u2019accueil des gens du voyage.<\/p>\n<p>Leur pr\u00e9sence sur ce terrain (aujourd\u2019hui encore class\u00e9 en zone agricole et qui devrait le rester) a induit de nombreuses difficult\u00e9s de circulation sur le chemin de la B\u00e9rengui\u00e8re et les chemins, sans parler des nuisances sonores et des d\u00e9chets.
